Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 7 working days following the receipt of goods as long as goods are unopened and fit for re-sale. We will not refund goods that have been handled i.e. opened, used, labels removed etc., for health and safety reasons.
Refund and Returns
We guarantee replacement of any damaged goods purchased from our web shop. Notification of faulty goods must take place within 30 days of receipt. You can email us for returns at enquiry@microrings.co.uk or call us on one of the numbers mentioned above. All goods returned should be sent to us at 40 Green Acres, Bartley Green, Birmingham B32 3BF using a registered mail. All goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are returned are faulty, open, used and un-saleable.
Delivery
Delivery is free. If you order before 11am we aim to deliver within 24 hours depending on destination and stock availability. We cannot take responsibility or are liable for any deliveries that are late due to postal problems e.g. postal strike or weather conditions. Delivery for payment by cheque delivery can take up to 10 working days as good are only sent out after the cheque is cleared by our bank. If for any reason the product is out of stock we will inform you of the expected delivery date.
Payments by Cheque
All cheques must be made payable to Hairs and Graces and sent to: 40 Green Acres, Bartley Green, Birmingham B32 3BF . Delivery for payment by cheque delivery can take up to 10 working days as good are only sent out after the cheque is cleared by our bank.
Disclaimer
Due to the fact that we have no control over how our products are used or applied we cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damages or injury caused to third parties. The purchaser must determine and take responsibility if the products used are suitable for a particular use, and that all products are used for professional use only. We do not take responsibility for any products that have been altered after purchase e.g. hair colour changed.
